Seit 2022 setzt Mikrostyk eine Strategie zur Reduzierung von Kohlenstoffdioxid intensiv um, mit dem ehrgeizigen Ziel, unseren ökologischen Fußabdruck zu minimieren. Für einen Hersteller von Metallstanzen sowie Metallbiegen und -stanzen stellt dies eine erhebliche Herausforderung dar. Die Prozesse des Metallstanzens, Schneidens und Biegens sind energieintensiv, die wir kontinuierlich optimieren und verbessern. Wir haben klare Ziele zur Reduzierung unserer CO2-Emissionen gesetzt in stanzteile fertigung, mit einer Zielsetzung von 10 % Reduktion im Jahr 2022 und 15 % im Jahr 2023. Nicht nur, dass wir diese Ziele erreicht haben, wir haben sie sogar deutlich übertroffen, mit einer Reduzierung von 17 % im Jahr 2022 und einer beeindruckenden 22 % im Jahr 2023!

Blick nach vorn ist unser Ziel mutig, aber klar: bis Ende 2025 unsere Emissionen im Vergleich zu unseren Werten von 2021 um 50% zu reduzieren. Wir glauben an den Erfolg dieses Plans und integrieren das Umweltmanagement konsequent in die DNA unseres Unternehmens.

Im Rahmen unserer Strategie haben wir Photovoltaik-Paneele und energieeffiziente Beleuchtung in unseren Produktionshallen installiert (Metallstanzen, Verpackung von Metallkomponenten, Werkzeugproduktion, CNC-Stanzen und Biegen, Montage usw.). Wir führten ein System zur präzisen Messung energieintensiver Prozesse im gesamten Werk ein. Zudem haben wir ein Energieeffizienzaudit durchgeführt und ersetzen fortlaufend Produktionsprozesse durch energieeffizientere Alternativen, wie beispielsweise das Heizen von galvanischen Bädern in unserem Galvanisierungswerk. Wir kümmerten uns auch um die thermische Isolierung der Gebäude, beginnend mit der Abteilung für Metallstanzen und sukzessive die Isolierung in anderen Abteilungen modernisierend, und implementieren ein Wärmerückgewinnungssystem in unseren Produktionshallen. Wir optimieren Lieferungen an Kunden und planen, unsere Firmenflotte in naher Zukunft durch Elektrofahrzeuge zu ersetzen. Since 2022, Mikrostyk has been ardently implementing a carbon reduction strategy with the ambitious goal of minimizing our environmental footprint. For a metal stamping and metal bending and punching manufacturer this is a significant challenge. The processes of metal stamping, cutting and bending are energy-intensive, which we continuously optimize and improve. We set clear targets to reduce our CO2 emissions, aiming for a 10% reduction in 2022 and 15% in 2023. Not only did we meet these goals, but we significantly surpassed them, achieving a 17% reduction in 2022 and an impressive 22% in 2023!

Looking ahead, our goal is bold but clear: to reduce our emissions by 50% by the end of 2025 relative to our 2021 levels. We believe in the success of this plan, consistently incorporating environmental management into our company’s DNA.

As part of our strategy, we installed photovoltaic panels and energy-efficient lighting in our production halls (metal stamping, metal components packaging, tool production, CNC punching and bending, assembly, etc). We introduced a system for precise measurement of energy-intensive processes throughout the plant. We also underwent an energy efficiency audit, and are continuously replacing production processes with more energy-efficient ones. Such as heating galvanic baths in our galvanizing plant. We also took care of the thermal insulation of buildings, starting with the metal stamping department and successively modernizing insulation in other departments, and are implementing a heat recovery system in our production halls. We are optimizing deliveries to customers, and plan to replace our corporate fleet with electric vehicles in the near future. Od 2022 roku Mikrostyk z ogromnym zaangażowaniem wdraża strategię redukcji emisji dwutlenku węgla, mając na celu minimalizację naszego śladu środowiskowego. Dla producenta elementów metalowych tłoczonych i wykrawanych, jest to duże wyzwanie. Procesy tłoczenia metalu, cięcia, wykrawania i gięcia to energochłonne procesy, które stale optymalizujemy i ulepszamy.  Ustaliliśmy jasne cele dotyczące redukcji emisji CO2, dążąc do obniżenia ich o 10% w 2022 roku i o 15% w 2023 roku. Nie tylko osiągnęliśmy te cele, ale nawet je znacznie przekroczyliśmy, osiągając redukcję o 17% w 2022 roku oraz 22% w 2023 roku!

Zadbaliśmy również o izolację cieplną budynków, najpierw na dziale tłoczenia metalu i kolejno modernizując izolacje w pozostałych działach oraz wdrażamy system odzyskiwania ciepła na halach produkcyjnych. Optymalizujemy dostawy do klientów, w najbliższej przyszłości planujemy wymianę floty firmowej na auta elektryczne. En tant que fabricant leader de composants métalliques et expert en emboutissage de métal, découpe et découpage CNC, nous accordons une grande importance au confort de notre équipe. Nous sommes dans la phase finale d’installation de silencieux acoustiques modernes dans nos halls de production. Nos anciennes barrières sonores, qui au fil des années se sont recouvertes de poussière et d’huile, sont remplacées par de nouveaux amortisseurs, car nous devons assurer les meilleures conditions possibles de concentration pendant le processus de découpe des métaux et d’emboutissage de métal ;).

L’installation de ces nouveaux silencieux acoustiques marque l’apogée d’une série d’investissements réalisés par l’entreprise au cours des dernières années pour garantir les meilleures conditions de travail possibles. Als führender Hersteller von Metallkomponenten und Experte im Metallstanzen legen wir großen Wert auf den Komfort unseres Teams. Wir befinden uns in der Endphase der Installation moderner Schalldämpfer in unseren Produktionshallen. Diese Initiative ist nicht nur ein Ausdruck unseres kontinuierlichen Bemühens, die Arbeitsbedingungen zu verbessern, sondern auch positive Beziehungen zur lokalen Gemeinschaft aufzubauen.

Unsere alten Schallbarrieren, die im Laufe der Jahre mit Öl und Staub beschichtet wurden, werden durch neue Dämpfer ersetzt, da wir während des Prozesses des Stanzteilens und CNC Schneiden und Biegen die bestmöglichen Konzentrationsbedingungen sicherstellen müssen ;).

We have entered the final stage of installing modern acoustic dampeners in our production halls. This initiative is an expression not only of our continuous effort to improve working conditions but also of building positive relations with the local community.

Our old sound barriers, which over the years have become coated with oil and dust, are being replaced by new dampeners, as we must ensure the best possible conditions for concentration during the metal cutting and stamping process ;).

The installation of these new sound dampeners marks the culmination of a series of investments that the company has made over the past few years to ensure the best possible working conditions. Jako czołowy producent elementów metalowych i ekspert w dziedzinie tłoczenia, cięcia i wykrawania metalu, dbamy o komfort pracy naszej załogi. Przystąpiliśmy do ostatniego etapu instalacji nowoczesnych tłumików akustycznych w naszych halach produkcyjnych.
